I will build a RAG AI web app using LangChain, OpenAI and a vector database so users can ask questions about your own information.
Packages:
- Basic: one document collection, vector search and a simple question-answer interface.
- Standard: document upload, chat interface, database and deployment setup.
- Premium: Standard plus login, an admin dashboard and one API integration.
We agree on file formats, document volume, supported questions and test examples before development. The app can show retrieved source references where the data supports them. AI answers can still be incorrect; I include fallback behavior and test against the examples we agree on.
You receive the agreed source code and setup notes. Hosting, model/API usage, vector storage and paid services are separate provider costs. Scanned PDFs, OCR, multiple data sources and ongoing maintenance need a separate scope.

Searchable PDFs, text documents and website content can be scoped. Send a sample and estimated volume before ordering. Scanned PDFs, OCR, restricted websites, extra data sources and ongoing synchronization may require a custom offer.

No. Model/API usage, hosting, vector storage and paid third-party services are separate provider costs. I will recommend the services needed for your agreed scope before development.
Will I receive the source code and deployment instructions?
Yes. The package includes the agreed application source code and setup notes. Standard and Premium include deployment setup in your account. You provide hosting and authorized access; recurring fees remain yours.
How do you test answers and handle revisions?
We agree on sample documents, questions and expected behavior before the build. I test those cases and tune retrieval and prompts. Revisions refine the agreed scope; additional sources, screens or integrations are quoted separately.
