We want to make computer-driven bots to become more human-feeling, to the point where the user can’t detect the difference, and will interact with either human agent or computer bot in roughly the same interaction paradigm.

Do my users need a special app to use a bot?
No, all anyone needs is the official Facebook messenger application and start a conversation with the page/account that the bot is integrated to.
Will I be able to save the user's responses to the bot in my database and/or manipulate the values?

What do you mean by Rich Messages in your Gig Packages?
Rich messages are basically messages that have interactive buttons, quick replies, images, links, emojis to guide the user through the flow of the bot. They're much more interactive than simple text which is just soo booooring.
What do you mean by API Integrations in your Gig Packages?
API is a way in which different software programs talk to each other. They're used to fetch the data inside the bot from somewhere. For eg: Google Places, WordPress, YouTube, Google Sheets, Clearbit, Airtable, WooCommerce, DarkSky etc.
