I arrange music for acapella or big band. I create jazz arrangements for popular music tunes, or better yet hymns.     He is incredible!! He delivered early and his work was fantastic. He very quickly made changes when requested and was very good at communicating. His price is also much more reasonable than many others, yet his work is incredible! I gave him an arrangement for a small jazz ensemble and he turned it into a big band hit!
