Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. It's free to set up through Meta and I'll walk you through every step. Meta bills its small per-conversation fees to you directly, so there's no markup from me.
Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone?
The API number runs separately from the normal WhatsApp app. Many businesses use a new number for the bot and keep their personal one. I'll help you choose the best setup.
Which AI do you use, and what does it cost to run?
Usually Claude or OpenAI, depending on your budget and languages. For most small businesses the AI running cost is a few dollars a month, paid directly to the provider.
Will the bot make things up?
No. It answers only from your own content (FAQs, prices, documents). When it isn't sure, it says so and hands the chat to you or your team with the full history.
