Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You need a WhatsApp Business API account (Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API) connected to your number. I can guide you through setup as a paid extra if you do not have one yet.
Is Telegram easier to set up than WhatsApp?
Yes! Telegram bots are completely free, require no business verification, and take minutes to set up. I highly recommend testing your idea on Telegram first.
What events can trigger a notification?
Almost anything — a new order, a form submission, a payment, a new row in Google Sheets, a webhook event, a scheduled time, or any other trigger your business uses. If you're unsure just message me and I'll confirm.
Will this work with my existing tools?
