I am a CNC operator and graphic preparation specialist from Croatia with 20+ years of experience in brass engraving plates, plexiglass and forex signs, aluminum composite signage and scenography elements. I work mainly in CorelDRAW, ArtCAM and AutoCAD, and I know the real shopfloor problems: open contours, double lines, wrong formats and missing dimensions.

What files do you need to start?
Please send your original logo or drawing (JPG, PNG, PDF, DXF), tell me what material you use (brass, plexiglass, forex, aluminum composite, wood, etc.) and what kind of machine/process (laser engraving, CNC routing, etc.). This helps me prepare the correct vector and CNC‑ready file.
Do you use auto‑tracing or manual vectorization?
I do manual vector tracing and cleanup using CorelDRAW, ArtCAM and AutoCAD. I don’t rely on auto‑trace for production files, because it often creates open paths, double lines and noisy vectors that cause problems on the machine.
Can you deliver DXF or CDR files ready for CNC or laser?
Yes. In Standard and Premium packages I deliver DXF/CDR CNC‑ready files, checked for open contours and basic structure issues. If you need a specific post‑processor or format, please mention it before ordering so I can confirm.
What is considered a “simple” vs “complex” logo or image?
Simple logos are text‑based or have one basic symbol with clean lines. Complex artwork includes detailed crests, many small elements, shading or hand‑drawn sketches. If you’re not sure, send me your file first and I’ll tell you which package fits best.
What if I need more revisions than the package includes?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (Basic 2, Standard 3, Premium 4). If you need more changes after that, you can purchase additional revisions as a paid extra. This keeps the project clear and fair for both sides.
