Q: What type of files do you need to start working?
I work with standard digital impression files. Please provide high-quality intraoral or desktop scans in STL or PLY formats. For complex cases, upper, lower, and bite scans are required.
What dental design software do you use?
I utilize industry-leading software to guarantee anatomical precision and optimal parameters. My daily CAD workflow includes Exocad, Straumann CARES Visual, and Blue Sky Plan, allowing me to adapt to the specific requirements of your case.
Are the final files ready for 3D printing and milling?
Absolutely. All final deliverables are high-quality, closed STL files. They are fully optimized and ready to be imported directly into your CAM software for milling (e.g., for systems like the Ceramill Motion 2) or into your slicing software (like Chitubox) for seamless 3D resin printing.
Do you design the working models (Model Builder)?
Yes! While the main packages cover the restoration design (crowns, veneers, etc.), I offer ready-to-print 3D models as an Extra Service. I will prepare hollowed models with drainage holes, perfect tolerances for dies, and optimized bases for your 3D printer.
What happens if I need an adjustment to the design?
Clinical accuracy is my top priority. Every package includes revisions. If you need minor adjustments to the contact points, occlusion, or cement gap parameters, I will gladly refine the design until it meets your clinical standards.
