Are the training sessions prerecorded?
No, sessions are live one-to-one and tailored to your needs. A recording can be provided for personal use or reference only, for an additional fee. Sharing or publishing is not allowed.
How can I schedule a session according to my convenience?
Once the payment is done, schedule your sessions using the Calendly link provided. If you require a session outside working hours, please send a request through Fiverr chat.
What will happen in case I miss my scheduled session?
If unattended, the session is considered complete. However, further details on handling such situations will be mentioned in the following questions.
What is your stand on late arrival for a session?
Arrivals within 15 minutes of the scheduled time are acceptable. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a cancelled session.
Can I reschedule a session due to an urgent situation?
An one-time rescheduling is possible. However, if the rescheduled session is missed, it will be considered as completed.
What are the prerequisites for taking these online sessions?
You should be comfortable using your operating system (Windows or macOS) and have Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve properly installed, meeting the official system requirements. Basic computer skills are expected.
Will I have access to session recordings?
Session recordings are available upon request as an optional extra for $25 per hour, for personal use only. Recordings are intended for private review and study and may not be shared, distributed, or reused in any form.
Looking at the delivery time of 21 days, do I need to wait that long for my lesson?
Not at all! The 21-day delivery window is to ensure sufficient time to schedule our lessons at a mutually convenient time. You won't have to wait for 30 days for your lesson.
What happens if I don’t schedule my session within the 21-day delivery period?
If a session is not scheduled within the 21-day period, I will mark the order as completed, and no further claims or rescheduling will be possible.
