Sometimes you don't need advice or feedback just someone to actually listen while you think out loud. That's what this is.
Maybe: "I need to get this out of my head." "I want to whiteboard this." "I want to practice this presentation with a live audience."
Who it's for: Toastmasters members rehearsing speeches, founders talking through ideas, anyone prepping a pitch, or people who process by talking.
How it works: Book a session, tell me what you want to work through, and we hop on a call. You talk I listen, ask questions if useful, no unsolicited advice.
What this isn't: Not therapy, counseling, or crisis support. If something heavier comes up, I'll pause and share crisis resources (like 988) this format can't safely hold that.
