A spreadsheet cannot enforce who may approve what. A no-code form cannot hold records for years or tell you what failed overnight. Once the workflow matters to the business, it needs an application built for it.
I build that application from a clean codebase: authenticated access, persistent records, permission rules, the loading, empty, validation, success, and failure states real users hit, the frontend and backend behind them, and connections to the third-party services you name through their documented interfaces. It is tested against written acceptance criteria and deployed to your environment.
Greenfield only. I build new applications; I do not inspect, modify, or extend an existing codebase, prototype, or app. Your existing data is used as test input, not imported.
The build is complete when the new app runs your agreed workflows in your environment, passes the acceptance criteria, and you hold the source code and handover guide.
