FAQ
What do I need to provide before starting the project?
I need access to your Dynamics 365 environment (or export of schema), your specific reporting requirements (KPIs/fields to display), and any design preferences or logos you want to include.
Can you connect Power BI directly to my Dynamics 365 CRM?
Yes, I can set up DirectQuery or Dataverse/CDS connectors to build real-time, interactive Power BI dashboards without lagging your system.
What if my FetchXML query or SSRS report takes too long to load?
I specialize in FetchXML and query optimization. I will optimize the query structure, filters, and attributes to significantly speed up report performance.
Do you assist with setting up reports in our live CRM environment?
Yes, I provide full setup and installation support (included in Standard and Premium packages) to ensure everything works seamlessly in your live system.
Can we request custom requirements outside the packages?
Absolutely! Send me a message detailing your custom needs, and I will send you a tailored custom offer.
