It depends on your task, budget and data rules. I'll recommend one after reviewing your use case, and the agent can be switched to another model later if needed.
Are AI or API usage costs included?
No. Model usage (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and any hosting or platform fees are billed to your own accounts. I'll help you estimate the monthly cost before we start.
Can the bot answer from my own documents?
Yes. In Standard and Premium I set up retrieval (RAG) over your documents, so answers come from your content instead of general knowledge. You can update the documents later.
Which channels can the chatbot work on?
Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp and Instagram, depending on the access each platform allows for your account. Tell me which channel you need before ordering and I'll confirm it's possible.
What happens if the bot gives a wrong answer?
I test the bot with your sample questions before delivery and tune the prompts and rules. Revisions cover fixes to its answers, and I can add a handoff to a human for questions it should not handle.
