What do you need from me to start the project?
I require a clear starting point. This can be a hand sketch, a mood board, a reference image, or a simple written brief. Most importantly, please provide the desired overall dimensions (Height, Width, Depth) and the intended material (e.g., solid oak, steel tubing, glass) and finish.
Why do I need a Technical Drawing if I already have a 3D Model?
The 3D model is for visualization, but the Technical Drawing is the instruction manual for the manufacturer. It includes precise 2D views, critical dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, required hardware, and assembly notes. It eliminates guesswork, prevents manufacturing errors.
Which software do you use, and what file types will I receive?
I primarily use SolidWorks for professional parametric modeling. 3D Model Files: You will receive industry-standard formats like .STEP, .IGES, and the native file .SLDPRT, on premium orders. 2D Drawing Files: You will receive .PDF and the native .DWG or .DXF (for CNC or direct editing).
