What information do you need before I place an order?
Your website URL, a description of the issue (screenshot or error message helps), and whether you can provide WordPress admin/hosting access.
How fast can you fix my issue?
Most bugs and errors are fixed within a few hours. Complex issues (malware, multiple bugs) may take 24 to 48 hours I'll confirm the timeline after reviewing your issue.
Do you need my login details?
Yes, for most fixes I'll need WordPress admin access, and for server-level issues (database, malware, migrations) I may also need hosting/cPanel access. I never store or share credentials after the job is done.
Do you take backups before making changes?
Yes, whenever possible I take a full backup before touching your site so we can safely roll back if needed.
Can you fix issues outside of WordPress (e.g., hosting, DNS)?
Some hosting/server-level issues are within scope (database errors, SSL, migrations). Fully custom development or non-WordPress platforms are handled case by case message me first.
What if my site was hacked or has malware?
