Can you help me get my ex back?
Sometimes reconnecting is the right move and sometimes it isn't. In the first session we look at what actually happened and decide together: reach out, go no-contact, or close the chapter. You leave with a clear plan either way.
Are the sessions live?
Yes. Every package includes live 1:1 video sessions (Zoom or Google Meet) scheduled in your time zone. The Basic package is one 60-minute session plus a written 30-day plan.
Is this therapy?
No. I'm a certified coach, not a therapist. We work on clarity, decisions and next steps. If you're dealing with depression, anxiety or anything that needs clinical care, I'll recommend you see a licensed professional.
What languages do you work in?
English, Spanish or Italian. Choose the one you feel most comfortable opening up in.
