Q: What's the difference between Claude Code and Claude Cowork?
A: Claude Code is a CLI tool for engineering work — building, debugging, refactoring code. Claude Cowork is a desktop agent for knowledge work — opening apps, editing files, running multi-step tasks for non-engineers. Most teams need both; I cover both.
Q: Do you train technical teams, non-technical teams, or both?
Both. I tailor the workshop — engineers get Claude Code, sub-agents, MCP, plugins. Non-technical teams get Cowork-first patterns for their actual day-to-day work. Mixed teams I split the session.
Q: How do you deliver — live, async, or recorded?
A: Standard and Premium include a live workshop over Zoom or Google Meet, plus the recording. Basic is a 90-min live call + a written guide. All tiers include a written playbook your team can refer back to.
Q: Do I need Claude Pro / Max / Enterprise seats for my team first?
A: For Code/Cowork, yes — your team needs Claude Pro or Max seats. I can advise on which plan fits, and the workshop covers MCP/API setup whichever tier you're on. Anthropic's pricing changes regularly — check current.
Q: My team uses Cursor / GitHub Copilot — is Claude Code worth switching to?
A: They solve different problems. I cover where Claude Code outperforms (long-context refactors, multi-step builds, agentic loops) and where to keep your existing tools. No religion — just what's working in production.
