Can I use any font I want for my manuscript?
Yes, you can; however, I will give you suggestions. I use Professional Fonts that are subscription-based. This is not common within the formatting space, as most people do not use professional fonts. Here’s your chance to use a professional font.
What file format do you prefer for submission for my manuscript?
I prefer the file to be in Microsoft Word format or google doc. I can accept Adobe PDF and other file formats but kindly contact me first if you don't have it in Microsoft Word format.
Do you format images?
Yes, I do format images of up to 20 images, high resolution 300 dpi or greater. If you have over 20 images, kindly order the gig extra to cover for that.
Will you give a custom offer for formatting my manuscript?
To give a custom offer, I will need you to provide your word count and image count. If you need more clarification, kindly contact me with any questions and I will give you a specific offer for your book type.
What if I have multiple books to format?
I can handle this task. Just message me for a custom order. For large multiple orders, I need to see the files typically so I can brief the Manuscript. If, you have a complicated Non-Fiction file with lots of footnotes and references contact me first before placing an order.
Can you use any trim size?
Yes, you can. However, using a standard trim size makes the process much easier. 6x9, 5.5x8.5, and 5x8 are the most commonly used sizes for Print on Demand. Here's a helpful tip, your book needs a minimum of 79 pages for KDP to allow text on the spine of your print cover.
Do you provide the editable source file?
Yes, I will provide.
What does the revision cover in your book formatting?
The revision covers only formatting changes. All grammatical errors will not be covered under revisions. This is while I recommend a thorough check before submitting the file. To avoid extra charges or total restart of the order with full payment please ensure your file is perfectly edited.
What if my book is over 350 pages?
You are covered. If the file is over 350 pages, kindly order the gig extra to match the length of your manuscript. You can also contact me directly for more clarification.
