How realistic will the final model actually look?

Can you make changes if I'm not happy with the layout after seeing the first draft?
Absolutely, that's exactly what revisions are for. I'd rather adjust the model until it matches your vision than have you settle for something that's "close enough."
Will I get an editable file, or just images/renders?
