DreamForge Creations will test agreed website journeys, such as browsing services, requesting a quote or completing a test booking.
YOUR DELIVERABLE A clear report covering what was tested, documented issues, reproduction steps, expected versus actual behavior, annotated screenshots where useful, and prioritized recommendations for your developer.
PACKAGES Basic: up to 5 pages and 1 journey in 3 days. Standard: up to 10 pages and 3 journeys in 5 days. Premium: up to 20 pages and 5 journeys in 7 days, with an action plan and one retest of reported issues.
Testing covers one website in desktop Chrome on Linux. A journey is one agreed task of up to 5 steps within the page limit. One report revision is included; see FAQs for retest details.
This is a functional and usability audit. Code changes, security testing, load testing and legal compliance certification are outside the scope. Findings reflect agreed coverage, not a guarantee that every bug will be found.

What counts as a page and a customer journey?
A page is one distinct URL or screen. A customer journey is one agreed task, such as submitting a contact form or making a test booking. Each journey includes up to 5 steps within the selected page limit. Please message me before ordering if your website is larger or requires special access.
What do revisions and the Premium retest include?
One revision clarifies or corrects the report within scope. Premium includes one retest of reported issues after your developer fixes them. Request it within 7 days of the report; results arrive within 3 days of access to the updated site. New features and code fixes are separate.
What do you need to start, and will you change my site?
Send your website URL, page list, key tasks and expected behavior. Use a staging site and limited test account for private flows. Please do not send production passwords or real customer data. Testing does not include code changes, real purchases or sending messages to your customers.
