FAQ
What is the diffrence between closed captions and open captions?
Open captions is whereby I will embed the captions in the video (burnt-in captions). While closed captions I'll provide an SRT file, so when you upload it to, for example say YouTube, they can be turn on and off with a click of a button.
Is there an extra cost if I don't have a transcript file of the video?
No, i don't charge extra if you don't have a transcript
What software do you use to create the captions and subtitles?
I use Adobe Premiere Pro, Subtitle Edit or Aegisub.
How long will it take to complete a rush job?
For up to a 60 minute video file or audio file, it will take 24 hrs to complete, for more than 60 minute it will take 48hrs and so on.
What is the diffrence between subtitles and captions?
Subtitles are intended for viewers who can't understand the language being spoken or need extra text to understand the video. Captions are intended for viewers who can't hear the audio and need to see the texts to fully understand what’s happening in the video.
