Yes, absolutely. Beginners often get the best results because you're starting from scratch with a solid foundation. I'll design a program that matches your current ability and progresses you safely. Just be honest about your experience level in the questionnaire.
Q2: How is this different from the free programs online?
Free programs are written for an "average" person who doesn't exist. They assume you have unlimited time, perfect recovery, no injuries, and access to every piece of equipment. My programs are built around YOU — your real schedule, real equipment, and real goals.
Q3: Are you a certified personal trainer?
I'm not currently certified. I'm an experienced lifter with 10+ years of consistent training and an analytical background. I disclose this upfront because honesty matters. My programs are built on proven principles, not credentials, and the work speaks for itself.
Q4: What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have. I write programs for full commercial gyms, home gyms, garage setups, dumbbell-only setups, and even bodyweight. Tell me what you have access to and I'll work with it. The program is built around your equipment, not the other way around.
Q5: How long until I see results?
Depends on your starting point, consistency, and recovery. Beginners often feel stronger within 2-3 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically take 8-12 weeks of consistent training. The program is built to deliver results when you put in the work — but no program works if you don't show up.
Q6: Can I get a meal plan or macros?
I don't provide personalized meal plans — that requires a Registered Dietitian credential. The Complete System package includes general macro target guidelines and nutrition strategy that pairs with your training, but for specific meal planning I'd recommend an RD.
Q7: What if the program doesn't fit my schedule after I get it?
That's what revisions are for. Each package includes revision rounds — tell me what's not working (too many days, sessions too long, certain exercises don't work) and I'll adjust. Communication is key, so don't suffer through a program that's not landing.
Q8: What if I get injured during the program?
Stop training and consult a medical professional immediately. I'm not qualified to advise on injuries. Once cleared by a doctor or physical therapist to return, message me and I can adjust the program to work around any restrictions they've identified.
