About this Gig
Struggling with a broken AWS environment? Costs spiralling out of control? Something stopped working after a deploy and you don't know why?

What I can help with:

- IAM permission errors and access problems
- CloudFormation stack failures and rollback issues
- Load balancer, Route53, Cloudflare, and certificate misconfigurations
- CI/CD pipeline failures (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI)
- Diagnosing high costs, unexpected billing spikes
- General "it was working yesterday" situations
I'll jump in, diagnose the problem, fix it, and explain what happened so your team understands going forward.

FAQ
What access do you need to investigate the issue?
At minimum, read-only IAM access to the affected services. I'll never ask for root credentials or admin access beyond what's needed. I can work with you to create a scoped IAM role if preferred.
What if you can't fix the issue?
I'll always give you a detailed diagnosis and recommendations even if the fix falls outside the agreed scope. If it's more complex than expected, I'll discuss options before going further.
Do you work with all AWS regions?
Yes, all commercial AWS regions are supported.
Can you help if the issue is urgent or production is down?
Yes — select the Basic package with fast delivery add-on and message me before ordering so I can confirm availability.
What if the issue turns out to be bigger than expected?
I'll flag this early and we can agree on a revised scope. I won't silently overrun.
Which AWS services and tools do you support?
Compute (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda), networking (VPC, Route53, Cloudflare, ALB, CloudFront), storage (S3, EFS), databases (RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache), security (IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub), and CI/CD (Github Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, CircleCI). If it's AWS, I've likely worked with it.
