If I make a mistake I will always fix it for free and not count it as a revision. The basic package includes one round of revisions. You can always pick up more! Any script changes longer than 50 words will require an additional revision.

It is! One of the Gig extras is live direction. This is one of the best ways to ensure you get exactly what you want.

High Quality Audio file means I will export it as a Wav File which ensure none of the audio quality or fidelity is lost. An MP3 is what you get without this and there is some small loss of audio quality. I would always recommend the Wav file but in most cases, you will be fine with the MP3.
