I will verify china supplier is a real factory

About this Gig
"Are you a factory?" Answer: "Yes." In 12 years auditing Chinese factories, that answer is wrong more often than buyers expect. In a published study of 218 visits, 34% presenting as manufacturers were traders, and 1 in 5 addresses were not the real site
A trading company is not a problem. Paying factory prices to one is
WHAT I CHECK
1. Registration record - entity, status, scope, address.
2. Factory or trader - does the scope cover manufacturing at all?
3. Address consistency - supplier address vs registered.
4. Public records - abnormal status, lawsuits, enforcement.
5. Live walkthrough (Premium) - unedited video of the line making your product, date on camera
The test I use most: ask the supplier to name the machine that will run your order, plus one tolerance question. A real factory answers at once. A trader deflects to "our factory team."
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
An English report with a clear verdict - factory, trader, or hybrid - the evidence, and what to ask next. For hybrids it names the entity signing your order

FAQ
What happens if my supplier refuses the live walkthrough?
That is itself a finding, and I will say so in the report. Reluctance to allow a live, unedited walkthrough is a risk signal worth knowing before you pay a deposit.
Can you tell me if the price I am paying is fair?
Not as a standalone service. But knowing whether you are dealing with a factory or a trader explains a large part of the price gap, and I flag obvious anomalies.
How do you verify the address?
By comparing three things: the registered address, the address your supplier gives you, and the address used in public records. On Premium the live walkthrough settles it.
Is this service suitable for small orders?
It is most valuable when a deposit would hurt to lose, or when you are buying from a new supplier for the first time. Below a few thousand dollars the fee often outweighs the risk.
Do you visit the factory in person?
Remote checks are included in every package. Physical visits are a custom project; message me first so I can quote travel and time separately.
Can you check if a supplier is a real factory or a trading company?
Yes. That is the core of this Gig. The registered scope of business tells you whether manufacturing is legally within what they are allowed to do, or whether they only buy and resell.
Do you also verify certificates such as ISO 9001?
Certificate checks are a separate Gig of mine. Message me and I will send the link, so you get one combined report instead of two.
