Will this be a real app or just a website shortcut on my phone's home screen?
It will be a fully real, installable mobile app that users download directly from the App Store or Google Play. It is not a PWA shortcut or a browser bookmark. Your app gets a real bundle ID, passes Apple and Google review, and behaves like any native app on the market.
I tried setting up Capacitor myself and it failed. Can you fix what I already started?
Yes, this is one of the most common reasons buyers come to me. Send me your error logs, your app URL, and a description of where it broke whether that is a white screen, Xcode signing failure, build error, or App Store rejection and I will diagnose it and deliver a working build.
Which platforms and tools do you support?
I work with apps built on Lovable, Base44, Replit, Bolt.new, Rork, and any React, Next.js, or PWA project. If you have a live URL or GitHub repository, I can almost certainly convert it. Message me with your app link before ordering and I will confirm within one hour.
Will my Supabase or Firebase backend still work inside the mobile app?
Yes. Your database, authentication, storage, and API connections continue working normally inside the mobile environment. iOS in particular can cause Supabase auth session issues, but fixing this is included in my Standard and Premium packages. Your backend does not need to be rebuilt or moved.
Will Apple reject my app because it is a web app wrapped in a native shell?
Apple does reject low-effort WebView wrappers under Guideline 4.2, and this is a real risk if the conversion is done incorrectly. I configure Capacitor properly, ensure the app meets Apple's native functionality requirements, and structure the build to pass review.
Do I need an Apple Developer account or Google Play account before ordering?
You need an Apple Developer account ($99/year) and a Google Play Developer account ($25 one-time) to publish your app. If you do not have these yet, I will guide you through setting them up as part of the process. You do not need any technical knowledge I walk you through every step.
What do you need from me to get started?
I need your app's live URL or GitHub repository link, your preferred app name, your logo or brand assets, and access to your Apple or Google developer account if you are purchasing a submission package.
Can you add push notifications, camera access, or in-app payments to my converted app?
Yes. Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple APNs are available in the Standard package. Camera, storage, and geolocation access are included via Capacitor plugins. In-app subscriptions and one-time purchases using RevenueCat.
Will I be able to update my app in the future without hiring you again?
Yes. Your original Lovable, Base44, or Replit project remains fully intact and editable. When you push updates to your web app, I deliver a simple sync process so you can update the mobile app independently. You receive full source code with every order so you are never locked in
How long does delivery take and what if my project is more complex than expected?
Standard conversions are delivered in 3 to 5 days depending on the package. If I review your app and find it requires extra work such as a complex authentication system, multiple API integrations, or significant mobile UI adjustments. I will tell you upfront before you place an order.
