How do you handle duplicates and missing information?
I follow your agreed matching columns and formatting rules. Missing or ambiguous values are flagged rather than invented. Please tell me which columns identify duplicates and how conflicting entries should be handled.
What files and instructions should I provide?
Upload Excel (.xlsx) or CSV files and list the required cleaning steps, duplicate rules, date/number formats and desired output. Please identify the table or worksheet to clean and any values or columns that must be preserved.
What will I receive?
You receive a cleaned Excel or CSV copy, a short log of changes and clearly flagged unresolved values. Standard and Premium can include agreed simple formulas and restructuring within their row, column and file limits.
What does a revision cover?
A revision corrects or adjusts the file against the original cleaning rules and agreed layout. Extra files, additional rows or columns, new formulas or changed requirements may need a separate quote.
