Yes, based on what they tell me, I can create a plan for them that caters to exactly what they are capable of.
Can I ask you to change the plan if I don't like it?

What makes you so qualified to make a plan for anyone?
I have been running since I was little. I started competing in 6th grade (though I wasn't great) and now have a lot of experience at the collegiate level. I know many runners. I have experienced all different levels of running.
Can the plan be more strict/open?
Yes for sure! Based on what you tell me, I will give you the option to have a range of miles or time each day, or give an exact amount for each day.
Can I move days around on the plan?
Yes, whatever you choose to do with the plan is completely up to you. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about training, though.
