Valid licenses are supplied by you. Migrations, servers, Intune and complex SharePoint work are excluded. Packages cover troubleshooting time; not every problem can be resolved remotely. Are Microsoft 365 licenses or migrations included?
No. You supply and pay for valid licenses and subscriptions. Email and file migrations are outside these packages. Message me before ordering to confirm your setup and scope.
How will access and follow-up work?
