Get help with software errors, startup issues, updates and basic connectivity. Each package includes a scheduled session on one Windows PC and a summary of findings and next steps.
Basic: up to 1 hour for one issue.
Standard: up to 2 hours for related issues.
Premium: up to 3 hours, including software setup and a next-step checklist.
Message your Windows version, symptoms, error text and time zone before ordering. We will agree on scope and a session time. You must have authorization, attend the session and have internet access.
Packages cover troubleshooting time, not a guaranteed repair. Hardware repair, data recovery, password bypasses, licenses and onsite work are excluded. Back up files first. One revision covers the original scope within included hours. Never send passwords or codes.

What do I need for a remote session?
A working internet connection, permission to use the device, a current backup, and time to attend the session. We will agree on a remote support method and schedule through Fiverr. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
