About this gig
Your product makes sense to you. Let's make it make sense to everyone else.
Most manuals get ignored because they're confusing, cluttered or badly drawn. I'm Jacob, a 3D artist and technical illustrator. I turn your product into clear, step-by-step instructions that people actually follow, so you get fewer returns, fewer support emails and happier customers.
Why a 3D artist for your manual?
I don't just trace photos. I can build your product as a 3D model and render clean exploded views, assembly steps and angled shots from any viewpoint. No CAD file? No problem. A photo, a sketch or a rough idea is enough to start.
What I can create
- Instruction manuals, user guides and quick start guides
- Assembly instructions for furniture, toys, kits and 3D-printed products
- Exploded views, installation diagrams and step-by-step illustrations
- Training manuals, product catalogues and booklet layouts
- Line art, vector tracing and flat-colour technical illustration
- Orthographic, patent-style and ISO-style drawings
- Safety visuals, pictograms and infographics
- Instructions for 3D-printed models, miniatures, figures and game props
Let's turn your product into a manual customers actually enjoy using.

FAQ
What do I need to send you to get started?
Send whatever you have: product photos, a sketch, a CAD or STL file, dimensions, or even a rough description. If you have a parts list or assembly order, include it. If not, I'll work out a logical step sequence and send it for your approval before I start drawing.
Can you make a manual if I don't have a 3D or CAD file?
Yes. I'm a 3D artist, so I can build a clean 3D model from your photos or sketches and render exploded views and assembly steps from it. This is how I keep every step consistent and accurate, even for products that were never modelled digitally.
What file formats will I receive?
You'll get print-ready and digital files: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG and PNG. Tell me where the manual will be used (print, website, Amazon listing, packaging insert) and I'll set up the size, resolution and colour mode to suit.
How many pages or steps are included in each package?
Each package covers a set number of pages or steps, and the details are listed in the package tabs above. If your product needs more, message me and I'll send a custom quote. Please message me before ordering so we can confirm scope and avoid surprises.
Can you add text, translations, warnings and safety icons?
Yes. I can write or tidy up the step text, add labels, part numbers, warnings and pictograms, and lay out the full booklet. For translated versions, send me the translated text and I'll place it in the layout, or ask me about multi-language layouts before you order.
Do you offer revisions, and how fast is delivery?
Yes. Revisions are included within the agreed scope, so you can adjust steps, labels and styling until it's right. Delivery time depends on how many steps and pages you need, and it's shown on each package. If you're on a deadline, tell me when you message and I'll confirm what's possible.
