I will build an agent that triages your contact form into your CRM

About this gig
Every contact-form message needs sorting, a CRM record and a reply. I build a Claude agent that does the sorting and drafting, while a person keeps the final say.
For each submission the agent:
Classifies it as lead, support request or spam
Creates or updates the contact in your CRM
Adds a note, and a follow-up task for leads
Drafts a reply for you to approve. Nothing is ever sent automatically
Writes nothing for spam
The gallery shows a working demo on HubSpot with fictional data.
Built in code, not in a visual workflow tool, so you can read it, own it and change it:
Runs in your own accounts, with your keys
Rules enforced in code, not just in the prompt
Instructions hidden in customer messages are ignored
Automated tests and a short README
Clear errors if the model or the CRM fails; one bad message doesn't stop the batch
HubSpot is the demo, but any CRM with a documented API is a candidate.
Before ordering, message me where your submissions arrive and which CRM you use.
I use AI tools to write and test code. I review and adapt everything I deliver.

FAQ
Can the agent send replies by itself?
No. It drafts and a person approves. Nothing is sent automatically.
What does it cost to run?
The model is billed by your provider. In my demo, 36 model calls for 10 submissions cost about $0.19; yours depends on message length and volume.
What if the AI gets a message wrong?
A person approves every reply, and the rules that write to your CRM are enforced in code, not only in the prompt.
Who owns the code?
You do. Built in your accounts with a short README.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to write and test code. I review and adapt everything I deliver.
