What happens if I delay delivering my logos, colors, or credentials?
The project delivery deadline depends entirely on the client providing all necessary brand assets (Logo, Branding, Color Palette, Social Media Tokens, and Account Credentials) on time. Any delay in delivering these materials will directly extend the delivery date and is not the seller's responsibili
Do I need to buy my own domain and hosting before we start?
Yes, the client must purchase the domain name and hosting plan beforehand. I will need the login credentials or access to install WordPress and WooCommerce. If you don't have them yet, I can guide you to choose the best option.
Do you provide post-delivery support if something goes wrong?
Yes, I offer 14 days of free technical support after final delivery to fix any bugs or system errors. However, adding new products or custom designs after handover will have an additional cost.
Do I need to buy my own domain and hosting before we start?
Yes, the client must provide the domain and hosting. However, if you don't have them yet, I can purchase and set them up for you for an additional service fee, plus the cost of the domain/hosting licenses.
Will you import the products and connect the dropshipping supplier?
Yes, I will configure the essential dropshipping plugin and import the first winning products included in your package. You will just need to create your account on the supplier platform so we can link it to your store.
