What is a print-ready file and why do I need it?
Print-ready files are CMYK with bleed and cut lines—essential for professional printing. If your card is digital-only, you may not need them.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Revisions are included until your card reflects your brand perfectly. Feedback is welcome throughout the design process.
Can I request changes after delivery?
You can request changes within 7 days after delivery. Beyond that, further edits are treated as a new task with an additional fee.
Do I need to credit Jadeite Studio on my card?
No credit is required. You fully own the design once delivered. If you’d like to mention us, we’d be proud, but it’s optional.
Can we have a call or meeting?
All communication stays on Fiverr for clarity and security. Please share feedback via messages or a document for smooth collaboration.
Do you also design matching stationery?
Yes. Letterheads, envelopes, notepads, and more can be added as extras or included in higher packages for a cohesive brand identity.
