- STANDARD A simple model of one room or house exterior with 2 renders.
- PREMIUM A detailed model of one house exterior OR one interior space with 4 renders. Please provide drawings, dimensions, references, materials and desired camera views. Revisions cover adjustments, not a complete redesign.

What do you need to start the project?
Please provide floor plans with dimensions, elevations or sections if available, reference images, preferred materials and desired camera views. For the Basic package, you must provide a complete and usable 3D model.
Does the Basic package include 3D modeling?
No. The Basic package includes one realistic render from a complete 3D model supplied by you. If you need 3D modeling, please choose the Standard or Premium package.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to materials, colors, lighting, furniture or camera composition. Major design changes, new rooms or complete remodeling are not included and may require an additional fee.
Can you work on larger or custom projects?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering and send the available project information. I will review the scope and create a custom offer with the correct price and delivery time.
Which file types can I send?
You can send PDF drawings, floor plans, sketches, reference images, DWG, IFC, SKP, PLN or RVT files. Please contact me first if you are unsure whether your file is suitable.
In which resolution will I receive the renders?
The final renders will be delivered as high-resolution 4K JPG or PNG images, suitable for presentations, websites and social media.
Is the editable source file included?
No. Editable Archicad, Revit, SketchUp or Twinmotion source files are not included unless agreed upon separately before ordering.
Can I order additional render images?
Yes. You can add extra camera views from the same 3D model during checkout. Rendering a new room, area or separate model may require a custom offer.
Can you work without an existing 3D model?
Yes. With the Standard or Premium package, I can create a 3D model using clear drawings, dimensions and reference images. Please contact me before ordering to confirm the scope.
Can you help with design and material choices?
Yes, I can provide basic layout, material and atmosphere suggestions. Major architectural or interior design work is not included in the standard packages and requires a custom offer.
