Yes. You pay me once for the setup, with no monthly fee from me. ManyChat or the website chatbot platform may charge their own plan fees (for example ManyChat Pro for AI replies and higher volume), which you pay directly to them. I'll tell you what you need before you order.
What do I need before ordering?
An Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account, your FAQs or price list (or your website link), and access to connect Instagram to ManyChat in your own account. I'll guide you step by step.
Will the bot message people who never contacted me?
No. It only replies to people who DM you, reply to your story, or comment your keyword. That keeps you within Instagram's messaging rules.
Can it reply in Arabic?
Yes, on Premium. You provide or approve the Arabic answers so they sound right for your brand.
Who owns the chatbot?
You do. Everything is built inside your own ManyChat and chatbot accounts, and you get a short guide so you can edit replies yourself after delivery.
What if you deliver late?
