I'm Jagdeep Singh, an architect and 3D visualizer with 7 years of experience (since 2019) and founder of Jarviz Studio. I've produced site and exterior visuals for developments like Airabella Vista (Georgia, USA), DK Housing (Denmark) and modular-home communities in California.
I model the site plan, roads, landscaping and buildings, then render aerial and eye-level views for brochures, hoardings, websites and investor decks.
HOW TO ORDER
Have a site model already? Basic: 1 aerial render for $75.
Only a site plan and building drawings? Standard (aerial plus 2 views) or Premium (full set).
Extras: dusk versions, more views, a 10-second fly-over.

Yes, just let me know which areas need labels or highlights, and I can include them.
Can you deliver both aerial and ground-level views?
Basic includes one aerial view from your model. Standard and Premium include aerial and ground-level views; see the package view counts.
How big a site can you do?
Standard covers sites up to about 5 acres. Larger townships and masterplans get a custom offer.
Can I use the renders for print?
Yes. Files are high resolution for brochures, websites and site hoardings. Ask before ordering if you need extra-large print sizes.
