I'm Jagdeep Singh, an architect and 3D visualizer with 7 years of experience (since 2019) and founder of Jarviz Studio. My hospitality work is trusted by brands including Pizza Hut and Tim Hortons, and recently by Haubers restaurant at a nature resort in the Allgäu.
Hospitality is about mood. I work from your drawings so sizes and layouts stay accurate, then build the atmosphere with materials, lighting and people: a moody bar, a bright cafe or a lively dining room.
HOW TO ORDER
Have a 3D model already? Basic: 1 render for $50.
Only plans, sketches or a mood board? Standard or Premium includes the modeling.
Need more views, a night version, a 360° panorama or a 10-second fly-through? Add them as extras.
WHAT I NEED
Your model or plans (CAD, PDF, SketchUp), plus references for style, materials and furniture.
Not sure which package fits? Send me your plans and I'll recommend one.

Can you do day and night lighting?
Yes. Order the Premium package, which includes a day/night pair, or add "Day + night version" to any package.
Do you include furniture and lighting design?
Yes, all fixtures, seating, lights, and decor can be included.
Can you work from a mood board or sketch?
Yes. Share references for materials, furniture and lighting and I'll match them. Sketches are fine too; Standard and Premium include the modeling.
Do I need a 3D model?
Only for Basic. Standard and Premium include modeling from your CAD, PDF, sketches or photos.

Charged me a price for something he said he would create but then used ai to create a cheap looking render and couldn't provide any actual files . Agreed a price and timeframe then couldn't keep up with it so ran to ai and unrealistic photos.
