Do I need to give you my Google password?
No. You should never share your password. For most projects, you can simply share the Google Sheet or Doc with my email address. If the script requires specific permissions, I can send you the code with instructions on how to paste it into your own file.
Can you automate the creation of PDFs or Invoices?
Absolutely. I can create a workflow where a Google Form submission or a row in a Spreadsheet automatically generates a professionally formatted PDF, saves it to a specific Google Drive folder, and emails it to a client.
Is there a limit to how many emails I can send?
Yes, Google imposes daily "quotas" on Gmail and Apps Script. Standard Gmail accounts can typically send 100 emails per day, while Google Workspace (Business) accounts can send up to 1,500–2,000. I can help you design your script to stay within these limits.
Will the automation work on my mobile device?
Google Apps Scripts generally run on the "cloud side," so they will process data regardless of where you are. However, custom buttons and custom menus only appear on the desktop version of Google Sheets. I can set up "Triggers" so the script runs automatically even when you use the mobile app.
