That's easy, interpretation of your script. The easiest way to tell a professional voice actor from an amateur is with your ears. Does the VO sound like they are talking to you? Or do they sound like they are just reading a script out loud? Trust your ears and you'll be fine!

Quality of the audio recording. It should sound crisp & clear. Bad audio can take many forms. It can sound hollow like it was recorded in a bathroom. Plosives like hard "P" words can be heard in the mic. Mouth noises, lip smacks and loud breaths should also be avoided.

I read all scripts once I receive them. If I note errors in grammar or vocabulary, I will let you know. If it is only up to three errors, I am happy to correct them for free. But if it is full of errors, I will need to charge you for proofreading (see rates).
