3. Can you fix WooCommerce issues?
Yes. I can fix common WooCommerce problems involving the cart, checkout, product pages, orders, layouts, plugins, email notifications, and conflicts with themes or other plugins.
4. Can you fix WordPress critical errors, 403, 404, 500, or 503 errors?

5. What information do you need to start?
Please send your website URL and explain the problem. A screenshot or short screen recording is very helpful. I normally need WordPress admin access, and for server-side problems I may also need hosting, cPanel, FTP/SFTP, or DNS access.
6. What if I don't know what is causing the WordPress problem?
That's completely fine. You don't need to diagnose it yourself. Describe what you're seeing and send me the website URL. I will investigate the issue and identify the likely root cause.
7. How quickly can you fix my WordPress issue?
Many small WordPress issues can be resolved quickly, but the exact time depends on the cause and complexity. Please contact me before ordering if the website is completely down or the issue is urgent.
8. Will you take a backup before making changes?
For changes where a backup is necessary, I will either create one or confirm that a recent backup is available before making sensitive modifications.
9. What happens if the same issue comes back after delivery?
If the same agreed issue returns because of the work I completed, contact me and I will review it. New issues caused by later updates, new plugins, website changes, hosting changes, or unrelated problems are outside the original scope.
10. Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, especially for WordPress errors or complex issues. Send your website URL and explain the problem first so I can confirm the scope, recommend the correct package, and avoid unnecessary delays.
