As an in-house designer for Veloria, I led the full development of a luxury handbag from concept to production, and I bring that same process to every luxury handbag tech pack and tote bag tech pack I create.
It started with concept and sketching translating the brand's vision into detailed fashion flats and CAD sketches for a satchel handbag. From there I built a complete handbag tech pack, covering measurements, hardware specs, material callouts, and construction details for factory use. I sourced full-grain leather and hardware finishes to match the luxury positioning, then reviewed 1 round of sampling, correcting fit, proportions, and stitching until everything met quality standards. The final handoff was a factory-ready tech pack, source file, and manufacturing notes that took the design from sample to 500 units in production.
