Will you tell me what to charge locally?
No. You supply costs, realistic hours and tax settings. The workbook calculates a price from your target gross margin. Margin is profit divided by price; markup is profit divided by cost. Estimates are only as reliable as your inputs.
What is included in customization and revisions?
Business text, branding colors, existing rates and up to 10 calculation formulas in the original kit. Revisions adjust the agreed settings or correct errors. New worksheets, macros, integrations, major redesigns and extra records are outside scope.
What do I need to use the file?
Microsoft Excel capable of opening .xlsx files. You receive an editable workbook and guide licensed to one business. Google Sheets conversion is not included. Share only the Customer Quote sheet with customers; other sheets contain internal costs.
