About this gig
I've been a runner since I was in middle school. It's my entire life! I did my first marathon when I was 15, first 50 miler when I was 18, and first 100 miler when I was 29, and then a year later completed UTMB! I finish in the top 25% of all the races I do want to help you complete your running goals.
Whether your goal is to complete a 5k or run 100 miles, I'll be there the whole journey! I've been focusing on ultras for the past decade but have helped clients reach their goal of Boston Qualifier as well.
I've read every book there is on running and now want to use what I know to help you become the runner of your dreams.
As a coach, I will write you a weekly training plan, check in on you daily, weekly one-on-one Zoom calls, strength training plan, race nutrition plan, injury prevention... anything you need, I'll be there to coach you through it.
