I turn document and email handling into something nobody has to do by hand.
Invoices retyped into a spreadsheet. Attachments sorted by what they are. Orders read out of email and pushed into your system. These are the tasks where an hour a day disappears without anyone noticing.
Where your documents follow a fixed layout, I use plain parsing rather than a model - cheaper to run, and the same answer every time. AI extraction earns its place where the input varies: scans, free text, a supplier who redesigns their invoice.
The part most people skip is what happens when the extraction is unsure. A system that guesses silently is worse than one that asks. My pipelines flag low-confidence results for a human instead of writing wrong data - and the Production package tells you when it fails, rather than failing quietly.
What I have built: an agent filing email from a public authority by document type, and an invoice pipeline where the numbers land in a spreadsheet without retyping.

FAQ
What accuracy can I expect?
It depends on your documents, so I will not promise a number before I have seen them. Send two or three samples before ordering and I will test rather than guess. Clean digital PDFs behave very differently from phone photos of paper.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
It flags the result for a human instead of writing the wrong value into your system. That is a design choice, not a limitation: a pipeline that guesses silently costs more to clean up than one that asks.
Do my documents stay private?
Yes. Before we start I will tell you exactly which service processes them and where they are stored. If your documents cannot leave your infrastructure, say so before ordering - it changes the design, not the price.
