I will turn your meeting or workshop notes into decisions and an action plan
Operations Consultant for Process Maps, AI Policy and Onboarding
About this Gig
You just spent two hours in a meeting. Somewhere in those notes are real decisions and about nine things somebody agreed to do. Two weeks later, nobody remembers which.
I turn raw meeting notes, transcripts, or workshop output into a document your team can actually work from.
WHAT YOU GET
- Key themes and what was actually decided
- A clear action list: what, who, by when
- Open questions and anything deferred, so nothing quietly disappears
- Editable Word and PDF
HIGHER TIERS ADD
- Owners and due dates on every item
- Decided vs deferred, separated cleanly
- A sequenced roadmap with dependencies
- A one-page executive summary you can forward as is
HOW IT WORKS
Send whatever you have - Zoom or Teams transcript, bullet notes, whiteboard photos, a recording. Rough is fine. That is the point.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Leaders running strategy sessions, offsites, and planning workshops. Project managers who own the follow-through.
WHY ME
I facilitate and document sessions like this for a living. Same work, fixed price.
Not sure which package fits? Message me, and I will tell you honestly.

FAQ
My notes are a mess. Is that a problem?
No, that is the normal case. Bullet fragments, a raw Zoom or Teams transcript, photos of a whiteboard, or a voice recording all work. Sorting the mess out is the service.
Can you assign owners if the notes never say who agreed to what?
I will assign what the notes support and flag the rest as unassigned so you can fill in the name. I will never invent an owner. Guessing wrong is worse than an open slot.
