FAQ
What do I need to send you to start?
Your raw footage (a Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link works), plus a short brief with your platform, style, and any reference video you like. Music, logos, and brand colors are helpful if you have them.
How much footage can I send?
Basic takes up to 10 minutes of footage, Standard up to 30, and Premium up to 60. If you have more, message me before ordering and I'll quote it.
What's the difference between running time and footage?
Footage is the raw material you send me. Running time is the length of the final edited video. For example, 30 minutes of raw footage can become a 5-minute YouTube video on the Standard package.
Can you edit different platforms and formats?
Yes. I edit YouTube videos, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, ads, promos, and podcast clips. I export in the right ratio for each platform (16:9, 9:16, or 1:1).
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited. I'll revise until you're happy with the edit. Send your notes in one message so I can fix everything in a single pass. If the direction changes completely or you send new footage, that's a new order.
How fast is delivery?
Basic in 2 days, Standard in 4, and Premium in 7. If you need it sooner, add the Extra Fast Delivery option to your order.
Do you add captions, thumbnails, and project files?
Captions and subtitles are included in every package. A thumbnail is included in Standard and Premium, or you can add one to Basic as an extra. The source project file comes with Premium, or as an extra.
Can you edit videos in languages other than English?
Yes. I work in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish, so I can caption, subtitle, and edit videos in those languages. Message me first if you have another language in mind.
Can I see how you'd edit my video before I order?
Send me your platform, video length, and a reference you like, and I'll explain how I'd approach it. If it's a good fit, we start from there.
Do you edit to a set style, or match mine?
I match yours. Share reference videos or a creator you like, and I'll follow that pacing, caption style, and look. If you don't have one, I'll suggest a style based on your niche.
