You will require to provide your listing link (if active). Your product images and details about your product, explaining how your product is different from other sellers. And, reference images or listings that you like. Supplier provided photos will work or you can take photos from your phone.

We are located in Hunza valley, Pakistan. Your supplier or you can ship the product to us. You will have to bear the product shipment and handling costs. The handling cost (if any), will be compensated as a Gig extra within your order. We are not liable to ship the product back to you.

If you have requested source files, you will get editable files in Ai and PSD format. Any sort of photo-manipulation will be done in PSD and that PSD will be linked to an Ai file which will have the text and design elements. This the industry standard of doing it.

We are not copywriters and we do not provide copywriting service. We can use text from your listing's description, EBC section (if available) and take inspiration from the internet. You can also provide/update the text for the images. And, we do not do 3D renders.

We understand that sometimes you have to change text or logo. If that is the case, you can message us on Fiverr's Inbox and we can do it for free for you. We will charge a minimal fee if you require a change in colour, addition of text or images, or adding any sort of new design elements.

Yes, your product photos and listing images are safe with us. We will not distribute or reuse your product photos or listing images that we have designed. We are only subjective to use our designed listing images to display in our portfolio.

We usually provide the first draft before the expected delivery time (usually between 36 - 72 hours). Although you can order express delivery GIG extra to receive your draft within 12-24 hours. Each change request can take up to 12-24 hours because of the difference in time-zones.
