What information do you need from me to start the solar design?
To ensure a fast turnaround, I need the project address (for satellite imagery), roof type, solar panel and inverter datasheets, and a simple sketch or photo of the main electrical panel. If you have a preliminary layout from Aurora or HelioScope, please send that over as well!
What happens if the city or utility rejects the plan set?
Don't worry, I provide full AHJ correction support. If your local building department or utility company requests adjustments, just send me the correction sheet. I will update the solar permit plan set quickly and free of charge until it gets approved.
Do your plans include an engineering PE stamp?
My plans are 100% accurate, NEC compliant, and fully prepared for structural or electrical engineer review. However, a professional engineering (PE) stamp is not included in the baseline package. If your local AHJ requires a digital stamp, please message me before ordering to discuss add on options.
