What do I need to provide to get started?
Just share your website link or app details after placing your order. If your app requires login, please provide test account credentials so I can access all pages properly.
What types of websites and apps do you test?
I test all types including business websites, ecommerce stores, mobile apps, web apps, SaaS platforms, landing pages and more. If you are unsure just message me first.
How will you deliver the report?
You will receive a detailed written report in PDF or Google Doc format with screenshots attached. Premium orders also include a screen recorded video walkthrough of all issues found.
Do you test on mobile and desktop?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include both desktop and mobile testing. Basic package includes one device of your choice.
What if I am not happy with the report?
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you feel something was missed I will review it again. Standard orders include 1 revision and Premium orders include 2 revisions.
How long does delivery take?
Basic is delivered in 1 day, Standard in 2 days and Premium in 3 days. I always aim to deliver before the deadline.
Can I contact you before placing an order?
Absolutely. I encourage you to message me first so I can understand your project and make sure I deliver exactly what you need.
Do you provide fixes or just the report?
My service covers testing and reporting only. However I give you clear and detailed suggestions on how to fix every issue so you or your developer can action them quickly.
