What is your workflow?
First, we will discuss your product and vision. If you don't have a 3D model, I will create one based on your photos. Next, I will set up the lighting, camera angles, and animation. I will share a low-quality preview with you for feedback before I proceed to the final high-quality render.
Is my product design and idea safe with you? (NDA)
Absolutely. I highly respect your privacy and intellectual property. If your product is unreleased or confidential, I am more than happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before we start the project.
What if I want to change something in the final video?
Don't worry, your satisfaction is my main priority! Each of my packages includes a specific number of revisions. You can use these revisions to request minor adjustments to things like camera movement, lighting, or background colors to make sure the video is exactly what you want.
Can you add text, callouts, or highlight specific features?
Yes, I can! Adding text and animated callouts to highlight your product's key features is fully included in my Premium Package. If you are ordering the Basic or Standard package, we can easily add this feature as a custom extra.
I'm not sure which package fits my needs. What should I do?
